Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the SellerGrid platform, website, dashboards, credits, and related services provided by SellerGrid Pty Ltd.
Use of the platform
Customers may use SellerGrid only for lawful business purposes connected to listing creation, marketplace workflows, content management, and platform administration. Users are responsible for the accuracy of content they upload or submit.
Accounts and access
Each user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for activity performed through their account. SellerGrid may suspend or restrict access where misuse, fraud, or platform risk is detected.
Credits and subscriptions
SellerGrid may charge for services using subscriptions, prepaid credits, top-ups, or other approved billing methods. Credits are applied to qualifying platform actions, including listing-related processing, according to the pricing then in effect.
Service changes
SellerGrid may update features, pricing, technical requirements, workflows, or integrations from time to time. We may also maintain, limit, or discontinue parts of the service where reasonably necessary.
Limitation of liability
SellerGrid provides the platform on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SellerGrid Pty Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, outages, third-party integrations, or marketplace decisions outside our control.
