SellerGrid Pricing Policy

Credit value

SellerGrid uses credits for listing-related platform actions. One credit currently equals R1. Each completed listing or relisting action currently uses 15 credits, and customer-requested image generation costs 2 credits per generated image. Pricing may change when SellerGrid updates package structures, features, image generation, or marketplace workflows, but current pricing is displayed before purchase, top-up, or chargeable action.

Starter credits

New accounts may receive a once-off starter balance of 75 credits so customers can test the platform and understand the listing workflow before buying additional credits. Starter credits have no cash value and are not refundable or transferable.

Top-ups and packages

Customers can buy credit packages or top up their balance when they need more listing volume. Credits are added to the customer account after successful payment confirmation or approved manual processing.

Top-ups are intended for use inside SellerGrid and do not represent a bank deposit, investment, stored-value wallet, or financial product.

Refunds and billing support

Customers should contact SellerGrid if a payment was duplicated, incorrectly allocated, or not reflected on their account. Refund or correction requests are reviewed case by case, taking into account account activity, used credits, payment status, and applicable consumer laws.

Credits already used for listing generation, relisting, image generation, processing, marketplace workflow actions, or other completed platform services are generally not refundable unless required by law or approved by SellerGrid in writing.

Relisting review and image generation

Customers can ask SellerGrid to review an incorrect completed listing without being charged for the review request itself. If a new listing or relisting must be generated after review, the normal 15-credit listing price applies unless SellerGrid approves a manual correction or credit adjustment.

Customer image generation creates new downloadable product images and is charged at 2 credits per generated image. If the image-generation worker fails before producing images, SellerGrid may automatically refund the failed image-generation charge to the account credit balance.

Marketplace and third-party costs

SellerGrid pricing covers SellerGrid platform access and supported listing workflows. Marketplace fees, courier fees, product compliance costs, advertising spend, third-party service fees, and seller-account charges are separate unless expressly stated otherwise.
